Brightforge began with a simple frustration: cleaning services that never sent the same person twice and never quite finished the job. We set out to fix both.
A neighbourhood crew that grew up
What started in 2017 as two friends cleaning apartments around Shah Alam on weekends is now a team of more than thirty trained cleaners looking after households and small businesses across the Klang Valley.
We have kept the part that mattered from those early days: you deal with real people, you see the same faces, and if something is not right you can call the person responsible — not a call centre.
Everything we do is built around trust. That is why we screen every hire in person, insure every visit, and back our work with a straightforward re-clean promise.

Not everyone makes the cut
For every ten applicants, we bring on roughly two. Each cleaner is interviewed face to face, reference-checked and shadow-trained on our checklists before they ever work unsupervised in your home.
