Messages and preferences you share with our team;

Your information is used to prepare quotes, schedule and carry out cleaning visits, communicate with you about a booking, handle payments, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We share information only with the cleaners assigned to your job and with trusted providers who help us operate — for example payment processors — and only to the extent needed. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
